YOUR ENVIRONMENT & WELLNESS: JANUARY 4th | 17:00-20:00
WITH STEFANIA ALICIANI & JEFF LESTER
Through a mindful yoga practice we will discuss different modalities for cultivating a healthier relationship with the world outside of us.
We will work together to create a personalized plan for everyone moving forward with accountability to put that plan to action.
Having overcome their own widely varying and unique life challenges, Stefania and Jeff now come in service to others to help illuminate the most effective ways to live a life more in balance and harmony.
Join us as we unpack and discover the underlying impact that the environment has on our lifestyle.
YOUR HEADSPACE & DAILY PRACTISE - JANUARY 5th | 13:00-16:00
In this 3-hour intensive workshop the focus will be on the psychology of habit formation and creating daily space for self-practice. These practices are rooted both in present day and ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and they are powerful tools for self development.
You will come away having clarity on the practices that serve you, as well as accountability in keeping those practices moving forward.
Now that you better understand your outer environment, we will dive deeply in the inner environment discussing mindset and practices that will help you develop and maintain a sense of calm, no matter what the year throws our way, we always seize the opportunity to practice!
YOUR STORY & VISION - JANUARY 6th | 13:00-16:00
In this workshop we will use the power of breath work, awareness practices, and journaling to re-create our story, shift our past, and manifest our future.
Expect yin yoga practice, journaling, and the experience necessary to re-write your history and create your ideal vision for 2019.
The story we tell ourselves about ourselves is controlling our lives. For many people, huge portions of their story are unconscious and hidden from plain view.
These unconscious stories run the show creating destructive patterns and behaviors. With an awareness practice, unconscious patterns and habits come to light and darkness cannot survive the light.
