I'm Jeff, but you can call me Jefe. I'm not just a coach or a teacher; I'm a fellow traveler on this path of growth and transformation. For over eight years, I've been immersed in the world of wellness, leading workshops, trainings, and retreats across the globe. And, like many of you, I've experienced the highs and lows, the moments of inspiration and the periods of deep burnout.
My journey has taken me from the structured world of traditional yoga to the expansive realms of shamanic practices, and I've learned firsthand the power of integrating ancient wisdom with modern life. I've felt the frustration of feeling stuck, the fear of not being "enough," and the overwhelming pressure to constantly give, give, give.
That's why I created Jefe Living Collective – to offer the kind of support, guidance, and community I craved during those challenging times. It's a space infused with a gentle masculine energy, a place where you can be real, be vulnerable, and be celebrated for your unique gifts.
