I Built My First Retreat the Hard Way
Rising Tide is the mentorship I wish existed when I started.
I used to be a "proud" engineer. I was doing it for all of the classic reasons...
My parents wanted me to do it. Society wanted me to do it. I thought it would be a “secure” career.
But after training to be a yoga teacher I knew I came here to create transformational experiences for people. So I leapt.
My first retreat? I patched it together. Good intentions, borrowed structure, logistics I didn't know I needed until they went wrong. It worked, people were moved, but it cost me far more stress, money, and second-guessing than it ever needed to.
That's when I understood something: the transformation doesn't come from winging it. It comes from the container. And the leader holding that container needs support, structure, and someone who's walked it before.
Since then, I've led dozens of retreats around the world and watched hundreds of people leave different than when they arrived. I know this for certain: the container is everything, and both filling the room and holding it are learnable skills.

It begins with 12 focused weeks inside the Launch Lab, then supports you through a full year of building, leading, and growing. We meet live every week for coaching and implementation, working directly on your retreat as you move through the four modules of the Rising Tide curriculum: Self, Community, Business, and Design. The full curriculum lives inside the Jefe Living Collective, yours to watch at your own pace, while the live container is where it gets personal: we hone in on what your retreat needs and move from that place, efficiently. By the end of the Lab, your retreat is designed, priced, and ready to fill.

Before you ever set a price, we go to work on the inherited beliefs that made charging for heart-led work feel dangerous: the asking-too-much fear, the who-am-I fear. This isn't a bonus or an add-on.
