When there are blockages in your life, you can feel lost, directionless, empty and powerless. In this retreat we will focus on how to identify these blocks and show you tools and techniques on how to let them go. We will be working with yoga, meditations, lifestyle coaching, and sacred cacao to help release these blocks, which will enable you to flow more fluidly through life and feel more empowered.
Let go of fears, let go of limiting beliefs, let go of the walls that you put around your heart and join us on a heart opening retreat. Friday and Saturday evening you’ll be joining a Cacao ceremony, which serves the purpose to open your heart, and will allow you to connect deeper on this retreat and when you leave.
