OUR VENUE: Salthouse Portugal - Boutique Retreat
Salthouse Portugal sits on a stunning 5 hectare property in the heart of nature, yet just a mere 5 min drive to first class surf beaches of Monte Clerigo, Amoreira and Arrifana. The well known hiking trails of the Costa Vicentina run literally along your doorstep. The infinity wooden yoga deck offers breath taking views into the Amoreira Valley and the Ocean in the distance.

Notes and logistics for you
Flights to/from Portugal (We recommend flying into Faro / FAO airport) are not included in your retreat package.
Transfer to/from Faro airport - can be coordinated for you upon request for an additional cost, estimated $25 - $45.
Arrival to Faro airport between 10am - 2:30pm (Oct. 3rd) is suggested for an organized group shuttle.
Retreat is over at 10am on Monday, Oct. 9th, we will be out of the space by 11am.
Once you pay the deposit you’ll be provided with a booking form and any special requests will be registered.

Jeff Lester is a coach, international retreat leader and yoga teacher training facilitator. He is a student and teacher of yoga and any practice that expands the human consciousness.
Originally from Atlanta Ga, USA, Jeff has explored the world studying and training extensively in practices ranging from yoga and meditation to shamanic ceremonial traditions. He has assimilated a catalogue of impactful life tools that bring people together with high vibes and deep connection to life.
Jeff facilitates workshops, retreats and trainings that inspire, empower and connect students to their inner journey and personal transformation. His brand, Jefe Living, is a community around meditation and coaching to support individuals in their journey and transformational process.

Ruby is a compassionate facilitator who guides and supports individuals through a process of self-healing and empowerment. She draws on a wide array of certifications and training experiences to create powerful and meaningful programs tailored to meet the clients needs.
With a bachelor's degree in psychology and as a certified yoga instructor and flexologist who specializes in incorporating holistic healing techniques like breathwork, meditation and sound bath facilitation, Ruby is committed to providing her clients with the tools and resources necessary for increasing emotional and physical body awareness to promote overall health and well-being.
