Yin Yoga & Integrated Spiritual Arts Training
Winter Fire is a 4 day immersive training designed to develop your skills and knowledge in the following areas:
Teaching yin yoga, meditation, and breathwork and other healing modalities
Designing and facilitating transformational and healing workshops
Holding space and facilitating ceremony
This training program is useful for yoga teachers, healing facilitators, wellness practitioners and also for those who wish to deepen their self knowledge and personal practices.
The timing and intention of this course is an ode to the beginning of Winter and Sagittarius season. Activating the Chiron archetype, the healer and philosopher within ourselves, we seek to kindle the inner fire of knowledge and wisdom. This is the perfect time for this program as we go into the winter months, a phase of reflection and integration.
This program also serves as a training for integrated spiritual arts. You will learn philosophy, teaching methodology, and practice various tools to support yourself and clients in their healing / growth journey. One of the foundational principles that will show up throughout the course is elemental wisdom and typology. The main skills you will learn is teaching yin yoga and guiding various other practices.

OUR VENUE
Located in Sintra, Portugal, Floresta Encantada is a Holistic Retreat & Event Space in nature that cultivates transformation through Yoga, Workshops, Trainings, and Ceremonies.
The Pavilion is an open space Shala sizing at approximately 55-square Meters (600-Sq Ft) with views of the forest and is a perfect place to immerse oneself in transformative practice.

Jeff sees himself as a lifelong student and guide of practices that expand human consciousness.
Now, Jeff facilitates workshops, retreats and trainings that inspire, empower and connect students to their inner journey and personal transformation. His brand, Jefe Living, creates community around meditation and coaching to support individuals in their journey and transformational process.

Option 2: Train from Airport
The urban trains that serve the route from Lisbon to Sintra depart from the Oriente train station, which is located only 3 km away from the airport. In order to get to the train station from the airport just take the metro for 3 stops. The urban trains of CP travel between Lisbon and Sintra every 15 minutes and the average travel time is 47 minutes.
Once you have arrived in Sintra train station you will walk 4 minutes toward the center of the villa and the municipal building. Once at the municipal building roundabout, you will follow the road that is on the left of the building (facing the building) and Moonhill Hostel will on at the bottom of that road on the left hand side about 30 seconds walk from the municipal building.
To reach Floresta Encantada you just turn right when you reach MoonHill and our green gate has the number 5 on the door.
