Jeff Lester is a coach, international retreat leader, and yoga teacher training facilitator.
Originally from Atlanta, Jeff has spent years studying and living the practices he teaches, yoga, meditation, and shamanic ceremonial tradition, across the world, because the tools he offers come from his own path, not a textbook.
He facilitates workshops, retreats, and trainings that bring people together with warmth, presence, and deep connection to life.
His brand, Jefe Living, is a community built around meditation and coaching for people doing their own transformational work.

Ruby Mejia is a compassionate facilitator who guides people through self-healing and empowerment, drawing on a psychology background, yoga certification, and training in breathwork, meditation, and sound bath facilitation.
She holds space from her own healing path, so what she offers comes from experience, not just study, and gives clients the tools to actually integrate what they learn.

Notes and logistics for you
Flights to and from Portugal are not included in your retreat package. We recommend flying into Lisbon airport.
Uber or Bolt to and from Lisbon airport runs approximately €25–€35.
The retreat concludes at 10am on Sunday, May 30th, and we'll be out of the space by 11am.
Once your deposit is paid, you'll receive a booking form where any special requests are registered.
