The Gratitude Gym
A NEW TAKE ON YOUR GRATITUDE PRACTICE
Our ability to experience gratitude in the present moment is just that, an ABILITY. As with any ability or skill we must practice to strengthen it!
I think we can all agree that Gratitude is an amazing experience, FAR more than an intellectual exercise - meaning that “thinking about gratitude” is very different than experiencing the EMOTION of Gratitude. Does that make sense? And I’d rather feel good than simply think good. Who’s with me!?
The ability to experience and draw upon “a sense of gratitude” offers us incredible resourcefulness and enjoyment of life. What more could one want!? This course of guided meditations gives you the opportunity to practice and strengthen your gratitude muscles so that you can flex into gratitude at the drop of a hat!
As part of this practice you will start and end the course by unleashing your heart in a virtual cacao ceremony.
Unleash Your Heart: Two Virtual Cacao Ceremonies
May 7th and 17th | 1pm EDT
The incredible Cacao plant can be used ceremonially as a power plant for opening our heart to experience love and elevated emotions (like gratitude) in MORE depth. I have had some really profound experiences working with Mother Cacao, and cherish the special privilege to share with others as well.
I will support you with setting up your space for ceremony - creating an altar and ceremonial preparation of Cacao within the Facebook event that I create. You’ll have to source yours, see below for details.
We open the space by honoring the directions; asking support and guidance to embark on a profound journey. You can expect intention setting, singing, and meditation and all the feels ALL IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME!
Course Includes:
• 7 x guided meditations
• 4 x journaling practices
• 2 x virtual cacao ceremonies (you must source your own cacao - see below)
• A private WhatsApp group for convenience, accountability and a shared experience
Source Matters!
I most frequently source our cacao directly from my teacher (Cacao Maestro Carlos), who intimately knows and works with the Mexican farmers who grow our Cacao! Do your best to find single origin organic cacao farmed ethically and sustainably (Preferably from South America or Mexico).
I recommend sourcing from my friend Gavin http://www.cacaolove.net/
