One of the things that scares me most is the idea of looking back on who “I could have been” If I chose to live my life without intention and purpose. For this reason I choose to consciously direct my energy towards love, growth and contribution. This is life lived in ceremony. 

This workshop is for you if you desire a loving supportive space to explore intention, cultivate self care, and enquire around what fills your cup so you can be most of service.

• We will do juicy yin yoga and breathwork

• We will drink sacred cacao in ceremony
