Join me for a Cacao Ceremony at Power Yoga Copenhagen to unleash your heart and let the love flow

The Cacao plant, in Shamanic tradition, is used as a power plant to open our heart to experience love and our emotions.

The power and beauty of a Cacao Ceremony comes in large part from intention setting, group connection, and our willingness to join Mother Cacao on a deep, personal journey.

We will open the space by honouring the directions in which we want to go and ask permission to go on this profound journey. There will be a brief discussion on the background and practice of using Cacao as a heart opener, intention setting, music, singing, and meditation.

This workshop will have a maximum of 20 participants to ensure the intimacy of the experience.
