This is the beginning of your consistent meditation practice. This week, you will lay the foundation. It’s mostly about consistency and staying open. Be gentle with yourself and honor where you are. You can expect that your meditation practice (and LIFE!) will become more enjoyable and empowering as you progress. The first week is often the most squirmy and restless week for new meditators. That’s okay! Allow yourself the journey. There are no shortcuts, only the process. Mark your diary every day and show up.
