A short class dedicated to my favorite practice, Yin.
More than ever before people are locked in a stress response to life. This builds tension and toxins in our body and Yin yoga is among the most efficient ways to release stress and trauma from our cells. It has become apparent how universally impactful this practices is. Every pose is a new experience on many different levels and Progressive Yin is a practice that emphasizes a focused awareness of the target areas of our body. This helps to guide our awareness inward where we seek to experience the full spectrum of physical, mental, and emotional processes that our body has stored in these areas.
