SOMETHING IS CHANGING

Sometimes life doesn’t fall apart.

It simply stops fitting.

The career you worked hard to create doesn’t feel like the career you want anymore.

The way you’ve been living begins to feel smaller than the person you’re becoming.

The identity that carried you through one chapter suddenly feels too tight for the next.

You can feel change asking for your attention.

But you can’t quite see what it’s asking you to do.

So you think.

You journal.

You talk to friends.

You make lists.

You imagine five different futures.

You talk yourself into one.

Then out of it.

And eventually even the search for clarity becomes exhausting.

This is the strange territory of a genuine turning point.

You know you cannot continue exactly as you are, but you don’t yet know what comes next.

WHY THINKING HARDER DOESN’T ALWAYS CREATE CLARITY

When we don’t know what to do, our instinct is often to think more.

But every thought is happening inside an existing understanding of who you are.

You carry stories about:

what kind of person you are,

what a responsible life looks like,

what you’re capable of,

how much you’re allowed to change,

who you might disappoint,

what success is supposed to look like,

what happens if you get it wrong.

Most of these stories weren’t consciously chosen.

They were accumulated.

From family.

Culture.

Relationships.

Successes.

Failures.

Moments when you learned what was safe and what wasn’t.

Eventually they stop sounding like stories.

They sound like you.

“Being coached by Jeff was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life so far. Through his skillful use of language, he has enabled me to rewrite my story, and as a result completely transform my life. His wisdom, gentle patience and enthusiasm are the perfect mix to put you at ease and move you a little bit beyond your comfort zone into a place where magic happens!  Now the coaching has finished I frequently find myself applying skills that Jeff has taught me, empowering me to be able to continue to grow. Thanks Jeff :-)”

AT THE HEART OF STORYWORK…

The stories you carry shape the possibilities you are able to see.

This is where the work gets interesting.

Because if the story is:

“I have to know exactly what I’m doing before I begin.”

Experimentation feels dangerous.

If the story is:

“People depend on me.”

Choosing yourself can feel selfish.

If the story is:

“Starting again means I’ve failed.”

Staying somewhere you’ve outgrown can feel safer than leaving.

If the story is:

“I’m not someone who does things like that.”

An entire future can disappear before you’ve even considered it.

The story becomes the boundary around what’s possible.

Change your relationship with the story, and different possibilities begin to appear.

STORYWORK

Storywork is the process of making these narratives visible.

We slow things down enough to notice the assumptions underneath your decisions.

The stories underneath your reactions.

The identity underneath the pattern.

Instead of only asking:

What should I do?

We begin asking:

What is shaping the person who is trying to make this decision?

That creates a very different conversation.

Because clarity is not always finding the perfect answer.

Sometimes clarity begins when you can finally see what has been answering for you.

“Knowledgeable, kind, supportive, he will bring out the best in you. ”
— Juliette, Dublin

BUT SEEING THE STORY ISN’T THE SAME AS CHANGING IT

You can understand yourself beautifully and remain stuck.

You can know where a pattern came from.

You can describe your attachment style.

You can explain what happened in childhood.

You can recognize your triggers.

And then find yourself responding exactly the same way when the moment arrives.

Because these stories aren’t only intellectual.

They’re embodied.

Your nervous system has learned what belonging feels like.

What risk feels like.

What visibility feels like.

What uncertainty feels like.

What choosing yourself feels like.

So meaningful change needs somewhere to land beyond the mind.

STORYWORK + EMBODIED CHANGE

This is where my approach goes deeper.

We work with the story.

And we work with the person carrying it.

Our sessions can bring together:

Storywork
to reveal the narratives shaping this chapter.

Coaching
to turn awareness into choices, experiments and movement.

Nervous-system awareness
to understand what your body is communicating when change becomes real.

Embodiment
to experience new responses rather than only conceptualizing them.

Meditation and reflective practice
to create space between what arises and what you automatically do with it.

This isn’t about endlessly digging through your past.

We look backward when it helps us understand what is happening now.

Then we work with now.

Because the point of understanding your story is gaining greater freedom in what happens next.

STORYWORK EXPANSION

16 weeks to understand the stories shaping this chapter and begin living the next one differently.

This is private 1:1 work.

There is no group curriculum telling you what transformation is supposed to look like.

We start with your life.

Your questions.

Your transition.

Your relationships.

Your work.

Your patterns.

Your uncertainty.

Your hopes.

And sometimes the things you haven’t quite allowed yourself to hope for yet.

Over 16 weeks, we create the continuity and trust to move beneath the surface question.

Because the first question might be:

“Should I leave my career?”

And underneath it might be:

“Who am I if I’m no longer successful at the thing I’ve spent 15 years becoming?”

That second question is often where the real work lives.

WHAT WE MIGHT EXPLORE

Life & Career Transitions

Understand what this turning point is actually asking from you and develop clarity around your next chapter.

Identity

Explore the version of yourself that created your current life and the version beginning to emerge.

Storywork

Recognize the narratives quietly determining what you believe you’re allowed to want, choose and become.

Nervous-System Patterns

Understand the embodied responses that arise around uncertainty, visibility, boundaries, change and risk.

Clarity

Separate what you genuinely want from what you’ve learned you should want.

Embodied Change

Practice making different choices so that transformation moves from insight into lived experience.

“Every session during our 4 month coaching journey was so important and I learned so much. I felt so much better after the first session with Jefe and eventually I found myself again. I’m so grateful that our paths crossed.”

WHAT CHANGE CAN FEEL LIKE

People sometimes arrive in this work expecting me to tell them what to do.

That’s rarely what creates the deepest transformation.

The more meaningful shift happens when you begin hearing yourself more clearly.

When the noise quietens.

When the old story becomes visible.

When something you’ve been treating as a fact suddenly becomes a question.

When a choice that once felt impossible begins to feel available.

I’ve seen this happen repeatedly through years of coaching, mentorship, retreats and transformational work.

People reconnect with their practice.

Find a different relationship with their emotions.

Move toward work that feels more aligned.

Begin leading.

Create something.

Leave something.

Choose something.

Or finally stop abandoning something in themselves that has been asking for their attention for years.

A DEEPER KIND OF SELF-TRUST

One of the consistent themes I’ve witnessed across my work is that transformation creates ripples.

A shift in the way someone understands themselves affects how they work.

How they lead.

How they relate.

How they make decisions.

How they care for themselves.

How much of themselves they’re willing to bring into their life.

People I’ve worked with have described deepening their practices, expanding their confidence and practitioner toolkit, moving through emotional healing and becoming more capable of creating an impact in their communities.

Those may look like separate outcomes.

Often they began with the same thing:

seeing themselves differently.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

Before wellness became my life’s work, I was an engineer.

I know something about following a path that makes sense on paper and discovering that another part of you is asking a different question.

My own path has moved through yoga, meditation, coaching, facilitation, retreats, teacher training, deep periods of silence, nature-based practice and years of examining the stories I’ve carried about who I am.

I don’t believe our stories are problems to eliminate.

They helped us make sense of the world.

Some protected us.

Some helped us belong.

Some carried us a very long way.

But a story that helped create one chapter can become the thing constraining the next.

There is something deeply human about reaching that point.

And there is something powerful about learning to meet it consciously.

THIS WORK MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

You’re at the beginning or middle of a career transition.

Something in your life works externally but no longer feels right internally.

You feel caught between the person you’ve been and the person you’re becoming.

You keep meeting the same pattern despite understanding it intellectually.

You’re questioning what you actually want.

You’re facing a decision that seems to contain far more than the decision itself.

You’ve spent a long time putting other people’s needs ahead of your own.

Or perhaps there isn’t a dramatic crisis at all.

Just a quiet knowing:

Something needs to change.

You don’t need to know what the answer is.

Finding out is part of the work.

WHY 16 WEEKS?

Because meaningful change needs enough space to become sustained and reliable.

One powerful conversation can create insight, and then you return to your life.

And your life gives us information.

You try something.

A pattern appears.

A boundary gets tested.

An old story gets louder.

A new possibility opens.

Then we meet again.

This rhythm allows us to work with transformation while it is actually happening.

Not as a theoretical exercise.

As your life.
