Join The Yoga People and I in a 7 day intensive honoring Nature and the role that it plays inside of us. We will explore the introspective practice of Yin Yoga on a journey through the elements and the group of muscles that help us activate each one of them.
The course will begin developing the awareness on the element that influences our specific constitution, from this knowledge each day we will incorporate routines based on that element/group of muscles, helping us balance this characteristic of our personality.
The connection between the Yin Yoga and the Elemental Type will be the myofascial system, specifically we will organize the leg anatomy into 4 groups of muscles. Through the stimulation of our physical bodies we will access our inner world and their corresponding emotions. We will develop awareness, freedom and understanding of the way we and our relationships behave, creating the ultimate sense of acceptance and letting go.
