£3,000 or 6 monthly payments of £500

YOU KNOW THERE IS MORE IN YOU

Maybe you’ve been teaching for years.

You’ve collected qualifications, developed your practice and become genuinely good at helping people.

People trust you.

Your work matters.

And still, there can be a gap between being a great practitioner and building a body of work that reflects what you’re truly capable of.

You have ideas for retreats, workshops, trainings or coaching.

You know you want to reach more people.

You want your work to become a bigger part of your livelihood.

But there are so many directions you could go that deciding where to put your energy becomes difficult.

So you keep teaching.

Keep learning.

Keep tweaking.

Keep waiting for greater clarity.

And underneath it all, there is a growing sense that you’re ready to take yourself and your work more seriously.

I know this territory well.

Because there comes a point when another qualification isn’t the answer.

The next step is leadership.

THE WORK GROWS WHEN THE LEADER GROWS

Your business is not separate from you.

Every offer you create asks you to make decisions.

Every time you sell something, you have to stand behind its value.

Every time you become more visible, you allow yourself to be seen.

Every retreat asks you to hold more responsibility.

Every increase in income asks you to expand your capacity to receive.

Every new level of your work asks something new from the person leading it.

This is why you can have the strategy and still not implement it.

You can know you need to promote and continue hiding.

You can have a brilliant retreat idea sitting in a notebook for two years.

You can keep changing your offer because committing to one direction feels vulnerable.

Eventually, the business meets the edge of the leader.

And that is where the deeper work begins.

“Being coached by Jeff was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life so far. Through his skillful use of language, he has enabled me to rewrite my story, and as a result completely transform my life. His wisdom, gentle patience and enthusiasm are the perfect mix to put you at ease and move you a little bit beyond your comfort zone into a place where magic happens!  Now the coaching has finished I frequently find myself applying skills that Jeff has taught me, empowering me to be able to continue to grow. Thanks Jeff :-)”

WHAT DRIVES THIS MENTORSHIP…

The fastest way to develop a thriving wellness business is to develop the leader behind it.

Yes, strategy matters… AND

We will work on strategy.

We will work on your offers, messaging, visibility, retreats, pricing, sales and the practical architecture of your business.

But the person making all of those decisions is you.

So we develop both.

Your work.

And the person capable of leading it.

That is the heart of this mentorship.

SOME BUSINESS PROBLEMS ARE REALLY LEADERSHIP PROBLEMS

You might think:

“I need a better offer.”

Sometimes you do.

But sometimes you’ve already created three good offers and you’re afraid to commit fully to one.

You might think:

“I need to become better at marketing.”

Maybe.

But perhaps the real edge is allowing yourself to be seen consistently and clearly.

You might think:

“I need more confidence before I lead that retreat.”

Yet leadership rarely arrives before you lead.

It develops because you stepped forward.

This is why I don’t want to hand you another pile of information.

I want to help you work with the actual edges appearing in your leadership and business right now.

“When Jeff speaks, you want to listen. It’s on your level, your wavelength, which requires patience, empathy and care. His choice of words were very deliberate and purposeful. Applying his coaching was very simple - he strikes the perfect balance. He also listens extremely well to what you have to say (the coaching sessions are not one sided) - you get a real sense of care from him. ”

SO HOW DO YOU DEVELOP THE LEADER WHILE BUILDING THE BUSINESS?

You build it in real time.

This is the part that’s difficult to do alone.

Because when you’re inside your business, everything can feel equally important.

The website.

The Instagram post.

The training you’ve been thinking about.

The retreat you want to launch.

The email list.

Your pricing.

Your fear about whether anyone will actually buy.

Your bigger vision.

It is incredibly easy to spend months moving without really moving.

A mentor gives you somewhere to bring all of it.

Somewhere to step outside the noise, see what actually matters and take the next meaningful action.

EMBODIED MENTORSHIP

Leadership. Embodiment. Business.

These are not three separate conversations.

They constantly inform one another.

That’s why my approach brings them together.

Over six months, your actual life and work become the curriculum.

We might be refining your offer one session and exploring the story underneath your resistance to selling it in the next.

We might map out a retreat, then work with what happens internally when it’s time to tell people about it.

We might clarify your next six months of business, while also looking at whether the pace you’re creating is one you actually want to live inside.

This is embodied mentorship.

Practical enough to create movement.

Deep enough to change the person creating it.

“Jeff has an absolute wealth of knowledge in so many wellbeing modalities (yoga, meditation, breathwork, the power of language, holding ceremony to name a few), and he also has a natural gift for distilling all of the information into simple and accessible tools for learning. This has been invaluable for me to develop my yoga teaching and also provided me with the confidence in myself to set up my own workshops and retreats. ”
— Rachael, Wild Willow Wellbeing

WHAT WE CAN BUILD TOGETHER

Because this is private mentorship, there is no generic curriculum you need to squeeze yourself into.

We work with the season you’re actually in.

Leadership & Embodiment

Develop your capacity to make decisions, communicate clearly, hold stronger boundaries and lead increasingly transformational spaces.

Offers & Positioning

Turn the depth of what you know into clear offers people understand, want and are willing to invest in.

Retreats & Transformational Experiences

Develop, position, price, promote and lead retreats, workshops and trainings that create real transformation.

Messaging & Visibility

Find clearer language for your work and develop the willingness to consistently put it into the world.

Business Growth

Create greater structure, focus and sustainable revenue around work you actually care about.

Storywork

Meet the beliefs and identity patterns that become visible as you step into greater leadership.

Because sometimes the most important business conversation has very little to do with business.

WHAT THIS CAN LOOK LIKE

One of the things I love most about mentorship is seeing what happens when someone stops circling their potential and begins putting it into motion.

Rachael Richardson came into mentorship feeling stuck in her work as a yoga teacher.

Through our work together, she developed greater clarity around her brand and business and began creating and leading more of the work she wanted to be known for.

That journey grew into 12+ fully booked day retreats, breathwork experiences, multi-day retreats and the creation of Wild Willow Wellbeing, her own retreat space.

She describes my mentorship as grounding, wise, safe, warm, non-judgmental and intuitive.

That is the work.

Not becoming somebody else’s version of a successful wellness leader.

Becoming increasingly capable of building your version.

FROM GOOD PRACTITIONER TO GROUNDED LEADER

I’ve spent more than a decade working in wellness.

I’ve taught and facilitated internationally, created teacher trainings, courses, retreats and communities, coached and mentored wellness practitioners and held transformational spaces in more than 20 countries.

But my own leadership wasn’t created by collecting information.

It developed through use.

By stepping into rooms before I had everything figured out.

By creating offers.

By leading retreats.

By making mistakes.

By filling trainings and having trainings that were harder to fill.

By having uncomfortable conversations.

By learning how to trust what experience had taught me.

By taking on things that felt slightly bigger than I was ready for and becoming the person capable of holding them.

Today, I can walk into a training and feel an ease and spaciousness that wasn’t available to me ten years ago.

That’s not because I stopped caring.

It’s because leadership became embodied.

And that is what I want for the people I mentor.

THE RIPPLE EFFECT

The goal isn’t simply a prettier business.

The goal is to create work that supports the life you want to live and allows your gifts to reach further.

One practitioner I’ve supported described how clearer messaging and greater visibility contributed to fully booked events and day retreats, guest facilitation opportunities, collaborations with renowned brands and a much deeper sense of purpose and satisfaction in her work.

Those are business results.

But they’re also life results.

Because when meaningful work becomes sustainable, you get to keep doing it.

And more people get to experience it.

THIS MENTORSHIP IS FOR YOU IF…

You are already a yoga teacher, facilitator, coach, therapist or wellness practitioner.

You have experience.

You have something meaningful to offer.

And you’re ready to develop what comes next.

Maybe you want to create your first retreat.

Maybe you want to fill the retreats you’re already running.

Maybe your offers feel scattered.

Maybe you’re ready to move beyond teaching classes into deeper transformational work.

Maybe your business is already working, but you’ve reached the edge of what you know how to lead alone.

Or perhaps you simply know:

I’m ready to take my work further.

That is enough to begin the conversation.

WHAT COULD SIX MONTHS CHANGE?

Six months is long enough to do more than create a plan.

It’s long enough to implement.

To see what happens.

To refine.

To meet the next edge.

To build something, put it into the world and have someone beside you as reality gives us feedback.

That’s where mentorship becomes powerful.

You aren’t hiring me to give you one perfect answer.

You’re creating a relationship where we can continue asking better questions and turning the answers into action.
