Welcome! My name is Jeff, and sometimes Jefe depending on who you ask.

I come to you from Atlanta, GA raised on a steady diet of fast food, talk radio, and second hand cigarette smoke. The person I have become, the life I have chosen for myself, is a mindful and ethically conscious international yoga teacher and globetrotter.

It has indeed been a helluva journey for which I am deeply grateful. Nomadic living has allowed me to explore many different views and perspectives of our world. Let me share with you a taste of my journey and what brought us together right here, right now.
